Drunken Florida Woman Attacks Highway Patrol With Her Speed and Wolverine Claws
It’s a classic Florida woman story that could rival a Marvel Comics storyline featuring the ever-resilient Wolverine… Meet Brittany Bianchi, a 31-year-old resident of Florida. Brittany, embraced her inner mutant spirit, embarking on a high-speed joyride Saturday night that left us all wondering if her bones were made of adamantium.
According to Fox News, it all went down on Saturday night in St. Petersburg. Apparently, Brittany was cruising down the Gandy Bridge in her Mercedes, doing a cool 120 mph in a 55 mph zone. Our Wolverine-in-disguise gets pulled over by a Florida Highway Patrol trooper, and that’s when the real show begins.
You see, Brittany wasn’t in the mood for a calm chat about speed limits and traffic rules. She allegedly decided to show her affection by attacking the trooper with her fingernails. Okay, so maybe not exactly like Wolverine, but you see where we’re going. Claw like fingernails!
Wolverine Goes to Jail:
And what’s even more mind-boggling is that this wasn’t Brittany’s first rodeo in the DUI department. It was her THIRD offense in a mere 10 YEARS. Impressive, right? But that’s not all. The party didn’t end with the DUI charge. Brittany also got bonus charges, including resisting an officer with violence, battery on law enforcement, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding (of course!), and no insurance.
The Florida Highway Patrol was kind enough to share footage of the traffic stop, where Brittany can be seen unleashing a verbal hurricane of shouting, cursing, and some quality name-calling at the troopers. She even boldly predicted that none of these charges would hold up in court. Well, it seems the legal experts disagreed.
Brittany soon found herself in the cozy confines of Pinellas County Jail, with a $17,800 bond to pay. But hey, don’t worry, she was back on the streets by Sunday morning, ready for her next misadventure.
