Explosive Toilet at Casino Leads Cops to Florida Man
Usually an explosive toilet at a casino is because of the buffet, not actual explosives. Well, we got a Tampa, Florida guy named Bryan Eckley who just couldn’t stay out of trouble, because just days after getting out of jail for pulling a gun in a political argument, this guy’s back at it again. only now he’s leveling up to some bad business.
According to WFLA, Eckley, who owns a roofing company and supposedly studied business in college, went full-on evil super villain with the whole explosive toilet thing, when he decided to plant two radio-controlled bombs inside Tampa’s Seminole Hard Rock Casino. And let me tell you, this wasn’t just some harmless prank. One device was actually set up right by a gas line, meaning if it had gone off, it wouldn’t have just messed up a few slot machines. We’re talking real danger here where people could’ve been hurt!
So, what set him off this time? Nobody knows. Maybe he had a bad streak at the slots. Who knows? The cops aren’t spilling the details, so we’re left guessing. All we know is that a casino worker found the explosive toilet while in the bathroom, and once the bomb squad rolled in, they found the second one, too. The whole place got evacuated, and everyone inside probably lost any chance of a payout that day. Thanks a lot, Eckley.

Now, remember, this isn’t his first run in with trouble. A few days before his casino caper, he got into a beef with some guy about politics. Things got heated, and Eckley left, only to come back armed with two handguns and a rifle. He ended up shooting in the air like he was some kind of Wild West cowboy, and cops hauled him in. Somehow, he was back out in no time after posting a $5,500 bond.
But cops were onto him. They connected evidence from his little political showdown with the bomb case, and after some real detective work, they zeroed in on him. When he realized he was busted, Eckley tried to pull a disappearing act. But it didn’t work. Now he’s locked up and facing some serious charges. With all the jail food he’ll be eating he’s gonna have hos own explosive toilet…
