Social media feeds are full of buff and beautiful men and women sharing fitness videos. Some can be intimidating. Especially if you have packed on a few pounds over the holidays or have spent years behind a desk, not moving much. However, the people in those videos had to start somewhere too. Sure, some are likely genetically blessed with lean muscle and perky pecs. But they still have to do some work to maintain that muscle.
These videos are full of mostly easy exercise hacks that you can do at home or even at the office. I even tried a couple at work today. You don’t HAVE to pay for an expensive gym membership to work on your health and fitness. In addition, you don’t need a lot of fancy equipment. All of these tips use your own body weight and things you have around the house.
